To Send an Item for Repair:

•  Click below for the Shipping Form
•  Fill in information as requested
•  When form is complete, verify the information and then print (both a packing list and a shipping label will print).
•  Package equipment carefully ( click here for packaging instructions ), enclose the printed form, affix the printed label (if using an inkjet printer, cover label with clear tape for waterproofing), and ship to True Service (please insure the shipment).

Within 24 hours of receipt, we will call you with an estimate. If you approve, your camera will be repaired and shipped back to you within 24-48 hours. (If you decline, we will return your equipment and charge you a $50 diagnostic fee.) You may pay via credit card (American Express, Visa, or Mastercard), prepay by check (requires delay), or we will ship COD.
